Mistakes happen. When they do, we fix them openly.

How to report an error

Use the contact form and include the product page, what you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source. Publications can also ask us to correct how their review is represented.

What we do

• We check the report against the original sources.
• If a correction changes a score, the consensus or the recommendation, we recalculate and log it in the product's update history with the date and reason.
• If the evidence no longer supports a verdict — for example, a counted review turns out to be a republication — the verdict is suspended and the page says so. Nothing is silently deleted.
• Typos and wording fixes that change no conclusion are corrected without a log entry.
