Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete
Dreame · Robot vacuums · Model RLX96DE · X60 series (2026), the Pro tier above the X60 Ultra and the US X60 Max Ultra Complete · Variant: EU/UK X60 Pro Ultra Complete: 42,000 Pa, 8.9 cm body, ProLeap to 10 cm. The US X60 Max Ultra Complete is a different model at 35,000 Pa · Markets: DE, AT, CH, GB, FR, ES, IT, NO, DK, PL
Dreame's European flagship, as eight editorial groups saw it: an 18 cm mop arm and a chassis that climbs 10 cm thresholds, at 1,499 EUR, with navigation that reviewers either praise or criticise.
Verdict
Reviewers agree the X60 Pro Ultra Complete is the best robot vacuum yet at the two jobs Dreame designed it for: reaching edges and corners, and crossing tall thresholds. Its mop arm extends 18 cm and its side brush 12 cm, and the ProLeap chassis climbs double steps up to 10 cm, which TechRadar, CHIP, Computer Bild, home&smart and Lyd & Bilde all confirm on their own test floors. Scores are high - home&smart 98/100, Computer Bild 1.1 sehr gut, TechRadar 4.5/5, CHIP 1.4 sehr gut, netzwelt 9.2/10 - but the price is the constant complaint. Navigation is where they split: Les Numériques found it keeps 20 cm away from obstacles and barely touches skirting boards, while CHIP and inside digital rate its obstacle detection near-flawless. Buy it for edges, thresholds and automation; expect a 1,499 EUR bill.
Why medium confidence: 8 independent editorial groups. Score spread (standard deviation) of 13.1 points. Reviewers disagree on a decisive attribute: Cleaning performance, Dock and maintenance. Open alerts indicate the evidence may change soon. Only 4 of 8 independent groups publish a numeric score.

Common criticisms
- Noise · criticized by 3 of 8 sources
Which sources said this
- TechRadar — negative: This bot is louder in volume (up to around 68dB) when cleaning in full-power mode, against the 65dB at five feet that the specification sheet quotes.

- Cleaning performance
· 4 positive, 1 negative, 3 mixed
Which sources said this
- CHIP — mixed: Saugtest min. Modus 51,4 Prozent aufgesaugter Staub, max.
- inside digital — mixed: Haferflocken (Fliesen) 10 g aufgenommen 9,8 g, 98 Prozent; Haferflocken (Teppich) 98 Prozent; Sand (Teppich) 9,2 g, 92 Prozent.
- Lyd & Bilde — negative: Kattehaar blir fjernet saann noenlunde, men tapte smuler og smaa solsikkefroe laa igjen paa stuas nuppete sisalteppe etter at robotten hadde vaert innom.
- TechRadar — positive: The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra made surprisingly short work of cleaning up the scattered cornflakes, muesli, oats and rice, swallowing up both fine particles and larger ones; the 42,000Pa rating and Large Particles Boost paid dividends.
- Dock and maintenance
· 5 positive, 1 negative, 2 mixed
Which sources said this
- Les Numeriques — negative: Sacs a poussiere obligatoire: Dreame made the disposable, non-recyclable bag mandatory, where the reviewer would have preferred a smooth sealed bin. The HEPA filter clogs quickly and brushes keep long hairs.
- TechRadar — positive: This dock does everything from emptying the robot's dust bin and servicing the mop system with hot water, washing the mops and then drying them, to self-cleaning its own mop tray at the touch of a button.
- App and software
· 3 positive, 1 negative, 4 mixed
Which sources said this
- TechRadar — mixed: The Dreamehome app is extraordinarily well featured... The problem is that it can initially feel like you've been handed the controls to an airliner, with a steep learning curve that encourages experimentation.
- Value
· 2 positive, 2 negative, 3 mixed
Which sources said this
- TechRadar — positive: 4.5/5: granted, the X60 Pro Ultra isn't cheap and there is a lot of technology that may feel excessive, but if you want the ultimate hands-off cleaning experience this is one of the most impressive robot cleaners yet.

What buyers report
What creators showed
Best for
- Homes with high or double door thresholds. TechRadar measures up to 10 cm on double steps and 5.2 cm on single ones, CHIP measured 52 mm, netzwelt cleared a 6.8 cm obstacle and Lyd & Bilde says the robot passed all seven thresholds in its test flat.
- Buyers who care about edges and corners. Computer Bild collected 19 of 20 corn kernels in its corner test, and the 18 cm mop arm plus 12 cm side brush are confirmed by the manufacturer page and by TechRadar, CHIP, home&smart, netzwelt, inside digital and Les Numériques.
- Low furniture. CHIP, Computer Bild, TechRadar, netzwelt, home&smart and Lyd & Bilde all note the 8.9 cm body with the retractable LiDAR turret, which gets under beds, sofas and 10 cm clearances.
- Hair-heavy and pet households. Computer Bild and home&smart report no tangling on long hair, Amazon buyers rate cleaning performance positively in 59 of 72 mentions, and TechRadar says it never had to cut hair out of the rollers in six weeks.
Skip it if
- You want a bargain. The list price is 1,499 EUR / GBP 1,299, home&smart calls it no bargain and inside digital says a Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 under 1,000 EUR is better value for a simple flat, while Les Numériques says it cannot compete with cheaper equals such as the Narwal Flow.
- Clean skirting boards and wall edges matter most to you. Les Numériques found the robot keeps about 20 cm away from obstacles, does not cover under-chair areas and cleans badly along skirting boards, and Computer Bild found the extra skirting brush worked loose from the mop arm during testing.
- You have small clutter on the floor. TechRadar watched it drive straight over a small bottle and a lighter, CHIP watched it swallow Lego bricks and a sock, and home&smart reports it occasionally nudges furniture.
- You want the simplest possible app. home&smart and Computer Bild both warn that the feature set can overwhelm, and Lyd & Bilde calls the Dreamehome app cluttered with an avatar that will not switch off.
- Variant trap: the product is the European X60 Pro Ultra Complete at 42,000 Pa. The X60 Ultra and the US X60 Max Ultra Complete are different robots at 35,000 Pa with a 7.95 cm body, an 8.8 cm double-step rating and no lifting chassis, as Dreame's own US comparison page states. Four reviews found during this round - Lyd & Bilde's May 2026 test, komputer.dk, computerworld.dk and Vacuum Wars' video - are about the 35,000 Pa models and are recorded here without being counted.
- Three of the eight groups publish only a German school grade where lower is better - Computer Bild 1.1, CHIP 1.4 and netzwelt 1.5 - and a school grade is not converted to 0-100 under this methodology, so those three count in the quorum but contribute no score. Four groups carry the Quorum Score: home&smart 98, TechRadar 90, Les Numeriques 70 and Lyd & Bilde 66.7.
- Prices move. The 1,499 EUR list survives on Dreame's Spanish shop, Amazon.de and home&smart, but Computer Bild recorded a 200 EUR launch discount to 1,299 EUR and CHIP's price comparison shows this exact model at 1,099-1,160 EUR from Euronics and Otto. The UK list is GBP 1,299, and Amazon UK showed no featured offer at the cut-off.
- Navigation is the split. CHIP grades navigation sehr gut (1.3), inside digital could not provoke a single detection error and TechRadar calls its mapping the best it has seen, while Les Numériques says it cleans badly along walls and under chairs, Computer Bild reports over-cautious routing, duplicate passes and skipped patches, and netzwelt says it leaves strips up to 2 cm wide along edges.
- Noise readings differ by measurement method rather than by unit: Computer Bild measures about 62 dB, TechRadar 65 dB at five feet and up to 68 dB at full power, Lyd & Bilde 40-68 dB, while CHIP's anechoic figures are 10.3 Sone at minimum and 20.9 Sone at maximum, which CHIP calls above average for its test field.
- The station is large and the dock still needs hands: 39 x 45.6 x 49.9 cm, and CHIP and Computer Bild both flag that the wash plate cannot be removed completely, that the station has no physical button and that the bag is a disposable consumable - a complaint Les Numériques repeats.
- The dock is where the running cost sits. It uses disposable dust bags that Les Numériques and CHIP both criticise as neither recyclable nor avoidable, and the mops, brushes, filters and cleaning solution are recurring items once the Complete bundle runs out - roughly a year of consumables, per netzwelt and TechRadar.
- The app is the weakest link in the reviews. Lyd & Bilde calls it cluttered and full of adverts, home&smart and Computer Bild warn that the options overwhelm, Les Numériques had to spend time learning the scheduling, and inside digital notes that the promised Matter support was not yet available at test time while CHIP and Computer Bild treat Matter as present.
- No RTINGS or Vacuum Wars review of the European Pro exists at this cut-off. Vacuum Wars' X60 video and AppleInsider's six-month piece cover the US X60 Max Ultra Complete, and RTINGS had published nothing on any X60 model, so the two most measurement-heavy robot-vacuum reviewers contribute nothing to this quorum.
- Trusted Reviews is the one named publication that could not be read: https://www.trustedreviews.com/reviews/dreame-x60-pro-ultra-complete returned HTTP 403 on three different fetch methods, so its Candr Media Group score is absent from the corpus and the group is not counted.
- Several prices in this corpus were read on the publication rather than at the till: CHIP's comparison prices come from its BestCheck widget and Otto's 1,499 EUR listing from Otto's own search results page, so the exact variant behind each street price could not be verified line by line.
Alternatives
| Product | Quorum Score | Confidence | Note | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Roborock Saros 20 | 80/100 | Medium | Reviewers name it the direct rival: TechRadar calls it an obvious alternative at under GBP 1,000, CHIP scores the two level at 1.4 (the Saros 20 costs 949 EUR), and inside digital says the X60 loses to the Saros 20 Sonic on carpet suction. | Compare |

How we reached this verdict
8 full professional reviews qualified, representing 8 independent editorial groups, published between Jun 2026 and Oct 2026. Each group counts once and weighs the same; when a group has several titles, their scores are averaged into one. Scores were converted linearly to a 0–100 scale, and the number rests on the 4 groups that publish one; reviews without a score inform the consensus but not the number. Buyer and creator signals are shown separately and are not averaged into the Quorum Score. Research cut-off: Oct 9, 2026. Methodology 1.1. Main limitation: only 4 of 8 independent groups publish a numeric score. Read the methodology.

Specifications
Dreame's 2026 European flagship robot vacuum and mop, launched in June 2026 at a 1,499 EUR list price. Its selling points are the Dual UltraExtend arms - one mop reaching 18 cm and the side brush 12 cm beyond the body - and the ProLeap chassis, whose two retractable legs lift the robot onto double thresholds up to 10 cm high, against 5.2 cm for a single step. Suction is quoted at 42,000 Pa through a twin HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush 2.0 with a retractable pressure plate; navigation combines a retractable VersaLift LiDAR turret, two 120-degree AI cameras, 3D structured light and proactive LED dirt detection, and Dreame claims recognition of more than 320 object types in 0.1 s. The Omni station empties the 310 ml robot bin into a 3.2 L bag, washes the mops at up to 100 C with 20 spray nozzles, dries them with hot air, meters detergent and refills from a 4.2 L tank. The Complete bundle adds spare brushes, filters, bags, three pairs of mop pads and 1 L of cleaning solution. The United States gets the different X60 Max Ultra Complete at 35,000 Pa.
